Проектът третира изграждането на две кабелни линии ниско напрежение (НН) от табло НН на съществуващ трафопост ТП „Социален дом", гр. Вълчедръм (САП №36044103; МО_0475) до две електромерни табла, монтирани на границата на УПИ XIII, кв. 210 гр. Вълчедръм. Кабелното трасе е равнинно с дължина 86.5м, за същото има изготвен трасировъчен план и учредено право на прокарване с община Вълчедръм. Кабелът ще се монтира свободно в изкоп.В трафопост ТП „Социален дом" гр.Вълчедръм /САП №36044103; МО_0475; извод Ебонит/ се подменя съществуващият трансформатор - ТМ-400/20/0.4 с нов с мощност 630 kVA. Подменя се съществуващото ГТТ-630/400 с ново тип: ГТТ- 1000/630. Монтира се ново разпределително табло (РТ) НН 4х400А В кабелното трасе се монтират две кабелни линии НН с кабел - тип: САВТ- Зх185+95мм2
