Целта на настоящата обществена поръчка е да бъде избран изпълнител, с когото да бъде сключен договор за разработване на методология и инструментариум, изготвяне на индивидуални доклади и обобщаващ доклад, в изпълнение на Дейност 2.1., Работен пакет 2 по проект BGRS0600098: Мащабиране на регионите/ Scaling the Regions (RESCALE), финансиран по програма за трансгранично сътрудничество Програма INTERREG VI-A IPA България – Сърбия 2021-2027“ Обемът на предоставената услуга е изработване на методология и инстументариум, изготвяне на индувидуални задълбочени диагностични анализи на 100 /сто/ малки и средни предприятия, предоставяне на 100/сто/ индивидуални задълбочени диагностични доклада за предприятията с препоръчителен обем от 20-25 страници всеки, предоставяне на обобщен доклад(дефинирани в Техническата спецификация на настоящата обществена поръчка.
