Предметът на обществената поръчка включва разработка и внедряване на Електронен център за държавни помощи за нуждите на Министерството на финансите във връзка с проект „Разработване на електронен център за държавните помощи и подкрепа на работата на Националния орган по държавните помощи във връзка с управлението на средствата от ЕФСУ“, финансиран по Програма „Техническа помощ“ 2021 – 2027, съфинансирана от Европейския съюз чрез Европейския фонд за регионално развитие, и обхваща следните дейности: Дейност 1: Анализ на данните и изискванията; Дейност 2: Проектиране на интернет портал и система за управление на съдържанието (СУС); Дейност 3: Разработка на софтуерно решение; Дейност 4: Тестване на интернет портал и СУС; Дейност 5: Обучение на потребители за работа с интернет портал и СУС; Дейност 6: Внедряване; Дейност 7: Гаранционна поддръжка.
