… contractors of public procurement is carried out through the Centralized Electronic Platform. According to Article 101 of the Public Procurement Act, depending on the stage of the procedure, candidates submit applications for participation and qualified (allowed) candidates submit tenders. The DPS is managed as a fully electronic process and is open throughout the lifetime of the purchasing system to any economic operator (executing authority/AE) that meets the selection criteria. These selection criteria are also exclusion criteria. The contracting authority provides full, unrestricted and direct access to the documentation under this procedure through the Centralized Electronic Platform, referred to as the "platform". Applications and tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of Article 101 of the PPA and Article 47 of the PPZOP, within the deadline specified in the notice. The DPS period is 48 months. The dynamic purchasing system shall be open throughout its duration to any candidate who fulfils the selection criteria. Access and participation are free.
