Участниците следва да притежават Разрешението за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, или удостоверение за регистрация за търговия на едро, или разрешение за производство, или разрешение за внос, издадени по реда на ЗМИ или друг еквивалентен документ, удостоверяващ правото им да търгуват с лекарства, издаден от компетентен орган на съответната държава. При подаване на офертата участникът попълва съответното поле на Раздел „Годност“, Част IV:„Критерии за подбор“ от ЕЕДОП, като посочва информация за органа, издал разрешението и регистрационния му номер. В случай, че изпълнителят е чуждестранно лице, същият посочва информация за документа, удостоверяващ правото му за извършване на търговия на едро с медицински изделия, издаден от компетентен орган на друга държава членка или на друга държава - страна по Споразумението за Европейското икономическо пространство, или на Конфедерация Швейцария. Във връзка с обстоятелството, че регистъра на издадените разрешения за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, воден от ИАЛ е публичен, Възложителя не изисква представяне на копие на разрешението за търговия на едро с медицински изделия. При необходимост Възложителят по всяко време може да изиска представяне на разрешението за търговия на едро с лекарства издадено от ИАЛ.
