The field of activity of medical professionals includes in particular: Patient reception, registration and care, preparation of examination and consultation rooms, administration of medicinal, healing and medical aids as well as associated medication distribution according to medical instructions, carrying out blood sampling, assistance with medical examinations, emergency medical care on site, administrative activities related to the field of medicine such as the maintenance of patient records, organization of further examination appointments, completion of administrative tasks (telephone, e-mail, etc.), preparation of cost assumption declarations. - The provision of medical staff for outpatient examinations The contractor is obliged to provide medical staff for the medical care of the refugees accommodated in the site from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. according to a graduation according to occupancy figures. In justified cases, in particular for organisational reasons, the client and the contractor may agree on a period other than the one mentioned above.
