… maintenance, and responsibility in the event of a fault or damage. In order to prevent this, Hallesche Universitätsmedizin intends to procure a fully equipped system, the configuration of which is provided or approved by the manufacturer in accordance with the specifications and can be operated safely. The Contractor shall be responsible for the complete technical integration and proper functioning of the transport incubator offered, including all components, interfaces and fasteners supplied. The contractor must prove that the offered combination of components is approved by the respective manufacturer for the intended combination and the intended transport operation. In order to ensure patient safety, reliable operation and clear responsibility for the entire system, lot allocation is therefore explicitly waived. Furthermore, the system must meet extensive regulatory and normative requirements in the version in force at the time the service is provided, which can be found in their entirety in the schedule of services. In addition to the equipment classification, bidders must also meet various requirements in the area of project planning, coordination and integration of the required system in accordance with the specifications of the line description. Due to the considerable technical prerequisites and the manifold use in the aforementioned transport systems, the willingness to a cross-divisional cooperation of the contractor with the client, involved rescue services and air rescue after the award of the contract is mandatory. Since the use of the system requires the use of various consumables, a framework agreement for the supply of these same materials will also be concluded upon award of the contract. Furthermore, the customer expressly reserves the right to conclude a maintenance contract for the offered device combination (maintenance contract is an optional part of the tender). Appropriate model contracts must be attached to the documents. The budget available for procurement and thus all the necessary elements listed in the specifications [excluding options] is: 207.000,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
