… disposal 9900 meters - Cat7 cable 80 hours of wage labour The volume of contracts envisaged for this framework agreement has been defined as precisely as possible. However, the need is not binding and can be determined conclusively. This reflects only an estimated quantity of orders and an estimated period of time for the provision of services. It cannot therefore be ruled out that the services may be called up in a different order of magnitude or/and for a different period. A minimum purchase is not agreed. There is no acceptance obligation for the estimated, optional call quantities. The retrieval quantity may therefore be reduced. Since services can be called up at the same time by customers of the contracting authority at different locations, the contractor must ensure that the human, technical and spatial resources are available in the event of a tender being submitted for the requested service provision. The contractor must confirm the capacity of his organisation to provide these quantities simultaneously (see Chapter 3.3 - Period of performance of Annex 2 to the contract - Specifications) of the services tendered for. The contract period begins with the award of the contract at the earliest on 09.01.2027 and, unless notice is given beforehand, initially amounts to two years (minimum contract period). The client reserves the right to extend the contract twice by one year each (optional contract periods). The minimum contract period is automatically extended by another year, unless the customer terminates the contract three months before the end of the contract period. The same applies to the second optional extension period. The contract shall in any case end when the maximum total contract limit of EUR 400,000.00 net has been reached; 476.000,00 EUR gross (incl. optional services). The estimated purchase quantity can be found in Annex 3 to the contract - price sheet. If the order value is increased by an order change during the contract period in accordance with § 132 GWB, the contract ends with the achievement of this new order value. The end of the contract shall not affect the Contractor's obligation to provide the services in conformity with the contract during the contract period.
