The work must comply with all applicable technical regulations, accident prevention regulations as well as the hygienic and operational requirements of the MHH. The work will be carried out during full operation of the building. The AN shall: plan and implement all measures in such a way that the operation, in particular the operation of sensitive areas (e.g. laboratories) not affected at any time. The Contractor is obliged to inform himself about the local conditions, operational procedures before the start of the work. as well as the hygienic and safety requirements.
