The client provides these services mainly for his parent company, the Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft, and occasionally for third-party customers. … tendered framework contract includes in particular the following services: - Installation of heat cost allocators - Mounting of measuring capsule water meters - Installation of surface-mounted water meters - Installation of valve water meters incl. the necessary accessories - Installation of domestic or large water meters - Installation and commissioning of heat meters - Installation of heat meters - Installation and commissioning of a radio pulse module for a heat meter - Initial installation of wireless smoke detectors - Installation/reassembly of wireless smoke detectors - Maintenance of conventional smoke detectors - Radio infrastructure: installation of a battery-powered gateway; installation of a battery-powered node or data collector; Replace the battery in a gateway or repeater or data collector; carrying out a data readout of a network on site; Carrying out a data reading by means of walkby; Radio network repair - Maintenance services WSL intends to replace approximately 40,000 measuring instruments annually. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed release quantity. There is no entitlement to exhaustion of the estimated scope of services. WSL intends to conclude a framework contract with several, up to a maximum of 5 contractors. The fixed term is to be 2 years, whereby the client is entitled to exercise an extension option twice, through which the term of the contract is extended by another year each time.
