A self-contained, structured training in this transitional phase is currently not systematically available. The procurement is intended to enable insured persons with limitations in cognition and language as a result of neurological diseases to bridge the waiting time up to or parallel to standard care with independent, evidence-based training. The app is intended to increase training intensity, promote continuous use and take individual performance fluctuations into account. The app is intended to address the disease-specific individual symptoms of those affected. The app for neurologically ill insured persons is intended to accompany affected persons in therapy and to support them in exercising self-determinedly, independently and regularly. Disease progression and disease flare-ups should be positively influenced and the quality of life of those affected should increase. As a result, DAK health achieves an increased satisfaction of those affected and indirectly their social environment. In this way, service costs in the supply are also to be reduced through the use of the app.
