… refurbishment: As part of the construction project, the existing land drainage system must be comprehensively renovated. Dewatering continues in the separation system for dirt and rainwater. Due to detected damage and leaks to the examined pipes, a renovation of the land drainage system is necessary. The measure includes the rehabilitation of the dirt and rainwater sewers inside and outside the building, including the underground pipes running under the floor slab and the associated shafts. The refurbishment is mainly carried out in a closed design by means of a hose liner process. In order to carry out the work, openings of the floor slab and the production of excavations are required at selected points in order to provide the necessary access to the pipes. In addition, inspection openings are manufactured in fall lines. In the outdoor area, the refurbishment of the basic pipes is mainly carried out via existing shafts and rainpipes. In the area of the inner courtyard, additional civil engineering work is required in order to be able to rehabilitate the pipes in the inlet area of the pumping station. In addition, existing shafts are repaired, the channel is renewed and the shaft walls are refurbished. The services include all necessary preparatory work, refurbishment work including all materials as well as the necessary leakage and quality certificates. The execution is carried out in close coordination with the participating TGA trades and the building construction. Coordination services are part of the tendered services.
