The machine shall be able to pass through narrow areas with a maximum dimensions of 1.8 x 2.1 m (width x height). The following attachments including a quick-change system should be included in the scope of delivery of the multifunction device: • Hydraulic hammer with pointed chisel • Slanting head for the processing of rock salt and anhydrite • Loading bucket (0.25 m ³) • Adapter plates for mech. and hydr. Adaptation of existing drilling guns The mobile machine must be compatible with the 690 V AC IT network (3P+PE) without having to use a separate transformer. The connecting cable of the machine must be approved for mining. Earth leakage monitoring shall be provided with an optical display on the vehicle. The mobile machine is designed to comply with the current state of the art in terms of design and technology as well as current laws and standards. With appropriate special / additional equipment, such as additional work lights, protective covers for hydraulic and electrical components as well as a mining approved (BuT) and located on the vehicle 10 kg fire extinguisher, the machine is to be adapted by the AN to the underground requirements. The scope of the service also includes a factory inspection of the machine on the AN premises, the delivery of the machine to the AG, any dismantling work for the shaft transport, assembly work in the AN underground workshop, the organisation and implementation of two expert approvals (mechanical/electrical) and extensive technical documentation. Finally, an initial instruction for the workshop and operating staff takes place by the AN.
