Flexi-home: A flexi-home is a form of homeless accommodation in which, due to the structural conditions (it is basically possible to convert the object into living space), the individual apartments each have a kitchen-living room and their own sanitary area. It follows that, in the context of this invitation to tender, only bed places in closed apartments may be offered. This means that a residential unit for a family (woman with child(ren)) must consist of at least two rooms (kitchen and bedroom/bedroom), which are spatially connected via an intermediate door and have a directly connected private, fully equipped sanitary area. Contract duration and start of service: The tendered service contract for the provision and operation of the offered bed places in the respective property begins to run with the award of the contract for a period of ten years. The start of the service, i.e. the start of the accommodation of the homeless women with children in the occupied property, must take place on 01.12.2026 or 01.01.2027. The prerequisite for this is the successful acceptance of the property by employees of the LHM and the resulting approval as a ready-to-use homeless accommodation. Requirements for the location of the Flexi home: Due to the particularly vulnerable target group "homeless women with children" and their special needs, the following requirements for the location of the offered flexi home must necessarily be met: •The object must be located in the city of Munich. •There must be a public transport stop within a radius of 500 meters around the property within walking distance on public footpaths. •There must be a grocery store within 500 meters of the property within walking distance on public footpaths. •There must be a daycare center within a radius of 1,000 meters around the object within walking distance on public footpaths. • Elementary and secondary schools must be within a radius of 1,500 metres of the property within walking distance on public footpaths. Lock (gate area): Due to the particularly vulnerable target group, high demands are placed not only on the complete enclosure of the property but also on securing access to the building. The gate area must be designed in such a way that access to the building is possible without exception via a lock guarded around the clock.
