What the buyer is looking for
The Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection intends to free up a sub-area of the current site of the Fuhlsbüttel prison that is no longer needed for the penitentiary system. For this purpose, it is planned to relocate the use units of the institution located on the sub-area to the area still in use by realizing two new buildings. The current supply structure of the JVA Fuhlsbüttel as well as the routings on the premises of the institution have to be adapted due to the free movement of the sub-area. … (A), this centrally located on the JVA site, as well as a garage and administration building (B) with connection to an existing gate. The four-storey new buildings are constructed as a mixed construction of masonry, in-situ concrete and precast concrete elements, without basement with a sole made of WU concrete. The outer shells of the buildings are clad with veneer bricks and receive a gable roof as a pipe roof made of coniferous wood with metal roofing. All window openings are latticed, subject of the tender are locksmith work / window lattice.
