What the buyer is looking for
The Contractor shall develop such solutions based on the present draft objectives for the conversion of the access road, including connections to the new career paths, etc. of the BV, consisting of civil engineering (IBW). The AN is also responsible for the necessary structural design (TW) services. The services provided by the Contractor shall include, in addition to the basic services required for these technical plans: – if necessary, also the coordination and integration of the etw. irrigation and drainage as well as the entire required TA of the object in the overall planning. In connection with the above-mentioned property planning, the services of the Contractor also include all the necessary planning services for the technical equipment. This may include the connection to the drainage and, if necessary, the connections to the necessary TA of the outdoor facilities, e.g. for lighting. The Contractor is responsible for the planning of these objects and ensures the functional and technical requirements for the structural specifications as well as the necessary connections. Accordingly, the following additional included services (IL) must also be provided: • Ground assessments (existing stand, if additionally required) In addition to the above, all necessary planning of the technical equipment (TA) for this IBW must be carried out and/or integrated within the PLANNING.
