The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a vehicle fleet insurance contract for the ARD. The contract includes the car liability insurance cover for all vehicles of the policyholder. These include own motor vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, work machines and swap bodies of the policyholder and the co-insured companies subject to registration, leased and acquired under retention of title, as well as all temporarily decommissioned vehicles. In addition, the insurer provides vehicle insurance cover for the policyholder's leasing vehicles. This service is limited to vehicles used purely for passenger transport (e.g. cars). Vehicle insurance cover is available under a separate contract for vehicles other than passenger transport (e.g. special vehicles such as transmission vehicles, but also trucks). The minimum term is one year and starts on 01.01.2027. The contract is then tacitly extended by one year if it is not terminated in advance as agreed.
