… includes the participation of 4 hours per calendar year. Any additional support required by the Client in this respect shall be invoiced separately by the Contractor at an hourly rate determined within the framework of the ancillary service. - Preparation of annual reports describing the scope and occasions of the consultations, as well as recommendations for occupational health management and management: It will be held annually - on January 2nd each year. - a meaningful documentation prepared by the AN and submitted to the AG without request. This contains the actual scope of the use - in particular the number of contacts by telephone and in person - as well as anonymized contents of the consulting service including a specification of the health problems. Furthermore, a technically sound assessment of the evaluation is expected. In addition, a recommendation on the development of action strategies at the behavioural and relational level. This will be fully explained in a personal accounting interview at the level of the Head of Service with a timeframe of 2 hours. - Support in the promotion of external employee advice and public relations: The consulting office actively supports the process of internal communication for employee consulting. This includes in particular the cooperation in the development of an in-house information brochure as well as support of information stands/presentation at events (health actions, personnel meeting, etc.). The AN is also expected to support publications (e.g. on the intranet page) with technical contributions. - Irrespective of the ad hoc consultation, telephone support with regard to urgently necessary appointments or placement with/to specialists and psychological psychotherapists is requested on request. - It is assured that during the current opening hours a meaningful drug check can be made via urine and breathing air control. This service will be commissioned and billed separately in individual cases. - It is desired that the application for rehab be made on request or within the framework of an existing counselling process in a psychosomatic context. The billing takes place directly with the applicant. - It is desired that a necessary cooperation with the AG as well as external specialist bodies (e.g. therapy practices, clinics, specialist services, rehabilitation facilities) takes place as part of the case consultation. - Cooperations with therapy practices, clinics, specialist services and rehabilitation facilities are welcomed. If such cooperation exists, it must be proven.
