Auftragsgegenstand ist die Erbringung von Objektplanungsleistungen für den Neubau einer Justizvollzugsanstalt (JVA) am Standort Weißenfels mit einer Bruttogeschossfläche (BGF) von ca. 100.000 m². Die Bauleistungen sollen nach derzeitigem Stand nicht in Einzelgewerken, sondern durch einen (oder mehrere) GÜ/TÜ/GU erbracht werden. Daher umfasst die Leistung des Objektplaners nach derzeitigem Stand folgende stufenweise Beauftragung: Stufe 1 – LPH 1 und 2 Stufe 2 – LPH 3 Stufe 3 – LPH 4, anteilige LPH 5 (Leitdetails), anteilige LPH 6 (Funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung), anteilige LPH 7 (techn. Begleitung GU-Vergabeverfahren) Vom Objektplaner werden auch Besondere Koordinationsleistungen in Bezug auf die am Projekt beteiligten Fachplaner: -Technische Ausrüstung ELT -Technische Ausrüstung HLS -Tragswerksplanung -Freianlagenplanung -Bauphysik -Brandschutzplanung -Sicherheitsplanung -Medizintechnik -Küchentechnik -Fördertechnik u.a. erwartet. Das Projektvolumen wird derzeit auf 425 Mio. EUR brutto KG 200-700 geschätzt.
