Das Public Relation- / Quartiersmanagement u.a. für das Musterhaus und historische Gebäude / Problemimmobilien ist eine durch Städtebaufördermittel geförderte "besondere städtebauliche Maßnahme" innerhalb des Modellvorhabens Problemimmobilien des Landes NRW. Grundlage ist das IHaKo Nord-Düren. U.a. ausgehend von dem modellhaft zu sanierenden "Musterhaus", soll eine positive und Bauherren ermutigende Öffentlichkeitsarbeit die konkreten Beratungs- und sonstigen Fördermaßnahmen im Sanierungsgebiet flankieren. Umbauprozesse sollen derart begleitet werden, dass die Öffentlichkeit durch entsprechende mediale Begleitung teilhaben kann. Weiterhin sollen vom PR- und Quartiersmanagement Infoveranstaltungen, -foren und -börsen veranstaltet werden, um Immobilieneigentümer und Investoren zu informieren und für Stadtteil und Gebäude zu interessieren. Mit Imagekampagnen und Kunstaktionen sollen die Stärken und positiven Entwicklungen in Nord-Düren lokal, regional und überregional bekannt gemacht werden, die der Entwicklung des Stadtteils zu einem lebenswerten Wohn- und Kreativstandort dienen.
