Folgende Arbeiten sind im hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungsumfang BA 1 (vorgezogene Maßnahme) u.a. auszuführen: -Abbruchmaßnahmen und Materialentsorgung für u.a. Baumfällungen, Tennenbelag, Betonpflaster, Betonplatten, Rasengittersteine und Betonflächen inkl. Einfassungen, eine Gartenwasserleitung, Leuchten, Ballfangzäune, Barrieren, Fußballtore, Aushubmengen für Wege- und Sportflächenbau etc. -Wegebauarbeiten mit Sickerfugenpflaster, Einbau Betonplatten sowie der Wiedereinbau/ Neueinbau von Tennenbelag -Erdarbeiten, v.a. für Sickermulden, für Leitungsgräben Gartenwasser und Regenwasser, Einbauten und Ausstattung -Herstellung von Sportplatzflächen wie eine Finnenlaufbahn mit Holzhäckselbelag, ein Faustballfeld (Rasen), eine Kugelstoßfläche -Einbau von Ballfanganlagen in Höhe von 6 m, Barrieren mit/ ohne Ballstopp-Gittermatten -Anpassung der Bewässerungsanlage für den bestehenden Naturrasenfußballplatz, Neubau der Bewässerung Faustballplatz -Einbau von Ausstattungselementen wie Fußballtore, Kugelstoßanlage etc. -Rasen- und Pflegearbeiten
