Objektplanung gemäß §§ 34 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9 Es handelt sich um eine vollkommen frei stehende Tiefgarage ohne Belastungen aus den umliegenden Gebäuden. Die Tiefgarage wurde in Fertigteilbauweise im System Katzenberger errichtet. Aufgrund der heftigen Schädigungen an den drei, durch den Statiker aufgelisteten Stelle, wurden Notabstützungen eingebaut. Bei der TG Wintersteinstr. 7 sollte eine Betoninstandsetzung der Stützen (inkl. Stützenfüße) und des Wandsockels durchgeführt werden. Zusätzlich dazu sollten die Maßnahmen im Bereich Brandschutz, Elektro und Bausubstanz, Instandsetzung der undichten Dehnfügen, Anstrich, ggf. Instandsetzung der Lüftung und Grundleitungen untersucht und bearbeitet werden (durch weitere Fachplaner).
