Besondere Leistungen werden nicht beauftragt. Die Arbeiten sind so zu planen und auszuführen, dass die Baumaßnahmen im laufenden Schulbetrieb erfolgen können. Auf die Belange der Schüler und des Lehrerkollegiums ist im Hinblick auf die Funktion des Gebäudes soweit als möglich angemessen Rücksicht zu nehmen. Der Auftraggeber geht hinsichtlich des Anbaus und des Umbaus von einem Objekt nach § 11 HOAI aus und schätzt die anrechenbaren Kosten jeweils wie folgt: - 300er-Kosten für den Anbau: 583.714 T EUR (brutto) - 300er-Kosten für den Umbau: 2, 315735 Mio.
