Das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS) beabsichtigt, ein Forschungsprojekt zur „Analyse der Verteilung von Vermögen in Deutschland“ durchführen zu lassen. Im Rahmen dieses Forschungsprojekts soll die im 6. Armuts- und Reichtumsbericht vorgenommene Analyse der Vermögensverteilung und ihre Entwicklung im Zeitverlauf fortgesetzt werden. Die aktuellen Entwicklungstrends in der Verteilung der Vermögensbestände privater Haushalte und Personen und ihre Ursachen sollen auf Basis der Einkommens- und Verbrauchsstichprobe (EVS) der Jahre 2008, 2013, 2018 und – sobald verfügbar – 2023, der Vermögensbilanzen des Sozio-oekonomischen Panels (SOEP) der Jahre 2007, 2012, 2017 und – sobald verfügbar – 2019 und 2024 sowie der Studie Private Haushalte und ihre Finanzen (PHF) der Bundesbank dargestellt werden. Die Analyse soll Auswertungen sowie den Abgleich mit anderen Datenquellen, insbesondere den Volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnungen und den Statistiken der Bundesbank beinhalten. Dabei soll auch die statistische Untererfassung von Hochvermögenden und deren Folgen für die Analyse der Vermögensverteilung berücksichtigt werden. Außerdem soll untersucht werden, welchen Einfluss Vermögensübertragungen auf das Verteilungsergebnis haben. Bitte beachten Sie die beigefügten Vergabeunterlagen.
