Neuinstallation einer Gebäudeautomationsanlage in einem entkerntem Bestandsgebäude. Errichtung von 4 Automationsschwerpunkten (ASP) inklusive Installation der dazugehörigen Schaltschränke und Feldgeräte. Aufschaltung der 4 neuen ASP auf eine vorhandene Management- und Bedieneinrichtung (MBE) über ein vorhandenes GA-Netzwerk (BACnet). Herstellung des Datenaustauschs zwischen den ASP und der MBE inkl. 1:1 Test in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ersteller der MBE. Die 4 neuen ASP beinhalten rund. 1.100 physikalische Datenpunkte. Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
