Die Ruhrbahn GmbH schreibt im Zuge der Umbaumaßnahme am Mülheimer Hauptbahnhof Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten der Stahlkonstruktion des bestehenden Dachs aus. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere den Rückbau der Verteilerebene in zwei Bauabschnitten einschließlich Boden-, Wand- und Deckenkonstruktionen, Fenster- und Toranlagen, technischer Gebäudeausrüstung, Kabelanlagen sowie Lüftungsanlagen. Sämtliche Bauteile sind einschließlich Unterkonstruktionen und Befestigungsmitteln fachgerecht zurückzubauen und entsprechend den geltenden Vorschriften zu entsorgen. Weiterhin umfasst die Maßnahme den abschnittsweisen Rückbau des Bestandsdaches einschließlich Dachabdichtung, Betonplatten sowie der Stahlkonstruktion gemäß Abbruchkonzept. Die Umbauarbeiten erfolgen in zwei Bauabschnitten im laufenden Betrieb. Die Leistungen umfassen die Erstellung eines Rückbau- und Entsorgungsplans auf Grundlage des Abbruchkonzeptes. Sämtliche Arbeiten sind unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften auszuführen. Die vorgegebene Ausführungszeit umfasst rund 12 Monate, wobei mit den Arbeiten gemäß Planung des Auftraggebers im November 2026 zu beginnen ist.
