Durchführung von Korrosionsschutzmaßnahmen zur Sanierung des Olympiazeltdaches im Olympiapark München (Bayern, Deutschland). Das Olympiazeltdach erstreckt sich über eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 78.000 m² und überspannt das Olympiastadion, Zwischendächer, die Olympiahalle sowie die Olympiaschwimmhalle. Ziel der geplanten Korrosionsschutzmaßnahmen ist es, bereits eingetretene Korrosionsschäden schonend zu beseitigen, den dauerhaften Schutz der betroffenen Bereiche zu gewährleisten und den Korrosionsschutz der restlichen Bauteile zu erneuern. Im ersten Bauabschnitt (2026 - 2028) wird das Olympiastadion inkl. Zwischendach zur Olympiahalle saniert. Der zweite und dritte Bauabschnitt, auf welchen sich dieses Leistungsverzeichnis bezieht, beinhaltet die Olympiahalle und Olympiaschwimmhalle. Olympiahalle: 02.2027 – 05.2029 Olympiaschwimmhalle: 02.2027 – 08.2028 Die Maßnahmen umfassen die Erneuerung des Korrosionsschutzes an folgenden Bauteilen: Seile (Vollverschlossene Seile und Litzenbündel),; Mastköpfe und Fußpunkte der Masten; Knotenpunkte der Zeltdachkonstruktion; Abdichtung der Seileinläufe mit Kunststoffbälgen (Vorort-Herstellung); Im Einzelnen beinhalten die Arbeiten: Entfernung bestehender Beschichtungen (teilweise schadstoffbelastet) durch Sandstrahlen (z.T. Sweepen), Sanierung von Schadstellen am Tragwerk, Injektion von bleimennigehaltigen Modifikationen in Bereichen der Seilumlenkungen, Neubeschichtung der Oberflächen, Maßnahmen zur Vogelabwehr.
