Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Planung für die betriebsfertige Errichtung der Anlagen der Sanitär, Heizung (z.B. Flächenheizung/ Deckenstrahlheizungen) und Lüftung (zentrale Lüftungsanlage) einschließlich aller Nebenleistungen für das Werkstattgebäude. Zusätzlich wird die Erschließung in den Außenanlagen berücksichtigt. Unter anderem müssen ein Leichtflüssigkeitsabscheider und Schlammfang, sowie weitere Schächte auf dem Baufeld umgelegt werden. Eine Anbindung an des bestehende Wärmenetz soll angestrebt werden.
