Gegenstand der Beauftragung ist die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 4 und 6 gem. HOAI für den Austausch der Beleuchtung auf LED und den Austausch der Bestandsaufzüge in der JVA Bielefeld Brackwede. Die Maßnahme dient der energetischen und baulichen Erneuerung der JVA unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen betrieblichen und sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen des Justizvollzugs. Die Umsetzung erfolgt abschnittsweise im laufenden Betrieb der Justizvollzugsanstalt. Hieraus ergeben sich besondere Anforderungen an die Bauablaufplanung und die Aufrechterhaltung des Anstaltsbetriebs. Die Maßnahme umfasst insbesondere: - Den Austausch der Beleuchtung auf LED, - Den Austausch der Bestandsaufzüge, - Berücksichtigung der Schnittstellen zu den anderen Gewerken Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt stufenweise. Folgende Stufen sind vorgesehen: 1.Stufe: HOAI LPH 1 - 4 2.Stufe: HOAI LPH 5 - 8 3.Stufe : HOAI LPH 9 Die 1. Stufe wird mit der Beauftragung abgerufen.
