Hochbaumaßnahmen des Landes Nordwestdeutsche Forstliche Versuchsanstalt (NW-FVA) Ersatzbau Umweltlabor und Umnutzung Vergabe Fachplanung, Technische Ausrüstung Anlagengruppe 4 und 5 (ELT) § 55 HOAI 2021 Die Maßnahme ist mit der BIM-Methode umzusetzen. Die BIM-Anforderungen sind den Austausch-Informationenanforderungen (AIA) sowie weiteren, ergänzenden Anlagen zu entnehmen. Für Umsetzung der BIM-Methode steht ein BIM-Manager zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren sind die Planungen nach dem Leitfaden für Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit im Landesbau auszurichten. Für die Planungs- und Bauphase des Projekts wird derzeit mit folgendem Zeitrahmen gerechnet: Planungsbeginn: voraussichtlich Februar 2027, Beendigung der Baumaßnahme: voraussichtlich Quartal IV 2032.
