Die Planungsleistungen umfassen eine Dach- und energetische Sanierung der Philipp-Matthäus-Hahn-Schule in Balingen. Die zu sanierenden Gebäude C und D wurden in den Jahren 1978/1979 errichtet. Die beiden miteinander verbundenen Gebäude umfassen eine Nutzfläche von mehr als 6.000 m² und beherbergen überwiegend Werkstätten und Unterrichtsräume. Sie sind eingeschossig, nicht unterkellert und wurden in Massivbauweise mit Stahlbetontragwerk, Flachdächern und Sheddach-Elementen errichtet. Ein zweigeschossiger Holzlagerraum mit flach geneigtem Blechdach wurde 2005 an das Gebäude C angebaut. Die Baumaßnahme soll während des laufenden Schulbetriebs durchgeführt werden. Schmutz- und lärmintensive Arbeiten sind daher, soweit möglich, in die schulfreien Zeiten (z. B. Ferien oder unterrichtsfreie Nachmittage) zu legen. Die gesamte Aufgabenbeschreibung finden Sie in der Anlage 01 Verfahrensleitfaden. Die Fertigstellung und die Übergabe an die Schule sind spätestens für Dezember 2032 geplant.
