Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Konzeption, Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung eines HIL-spezifischen Führungskräfteentwicklungsprogramms. Neben dem Programm sollen Begleit- und Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen zur Festigung der vermittelten Inhalte konzipiert, geplant und durchgeführt werden. Als fester Bestandteil sollen E-Learning-Module die Präsenz- und Onlinetermine begleiten. Ziel der Führungskräfteentwicklung bei der HIL als Programm ist, ein gemeinsames Führungsverständnis und damit eine gemeinsame Haltung zu fördern, welche auf den Werten und strategischen Zielen der HIL basieren.
