Dabei erfolgen bauliche Anpassungen zur Verbesserung der Raumstruktur, Technikausstattung sowie Optimierung des Patienten- und Mitarbeiterwohls. Weiterhin wird ein Remoteraum zur externen Steuerung von Großgeräten hergerichtet. Der unmittelbare Umbaubereich ist leergezogen. Alle angrenzenden Bereiche befinden sich im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Metallbauarbeiten. Die Leistung umfasst die Herstellung, die Lieferung und die Montage von Aluminium-Bauelementen. Weiterer Bestandteil der Ausschreibung sind Verglasungsarbeiten. Diese Leistung umfasst die Lieferung, das Einsetzen und das Abdichten aller Glasscheiben und Ausfachungen.
