Es sind die Leistungen gem. HOAI, Teil 4, Abschnitt 2, §§ 53,55 ff., LPH. 1-9 Technische Gebäudeausrüstung ELEKTRO-Planung für den Neubau zu vergeben. Anlagegruppen: 4. Starkstromanlagen 5. Fernmelde- und Informationstechnische Anlagen Die Beauftragung erfolgt auf der Grundlage von Vertragsmustern nach dem Handbuch für Kommunale Vertragsmuster und der Vergabe für Architekten und Ingenieurleistungen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich die stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen vor. Es ist beabsichtigt zunächst die Lph 1-4 und im Anschluss Lph 5-9 zu beauftragen. Ein Anspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht.
