Über das Dynamische Beschaffungssystem zur Energieversorgung deckt die JEN mbH den eigenen Energiebedarf für die Medien Gas und Ökostrom innerhalb der nächsten 60 Monate. Hierbei erfolgt die Beschaffung mittels einzelner Beschaffungsvorgänge (Miniwettbewerbe) in den gegenständlichen Kategorien im Rahmen von "nicht offenen Verfahren" im Wettbewerb. Der Wettbewerb findet dabei jeweils zwischen den qualifizierten und zugelassenen Unternehmen in den betreffenden Kategorien statt. Laufzeiten und Mengen in den Miniwettbewerben können dabei variieren und sich an Bedarf und Situation anpassen.
