Der Lieferumfang umfasst eine Frequenzvervielfacherkette für den Frequenzbereich um 475 GHz sowie zwei Frequenzvervielfacherketten für den Frequenzbereich um 800 GHz einschließlich der erforderlichen Versorgungskomponenten und Anschlusskabel. Die Geräte müssen in das vorhandene CHAI-System integrierbar und mit den bereits eingesetzten Komponenten kompatibel sein. Sie müssen die vorgegebenen Anforderungen an Ausgangsleistung, Frequenzbereich, Hohlleiteranschluss, Polarisation, Kühlbarkeit, Einbauraum, Masse und Betrieb erfüllen. Externe Netzteileinheiten sind zulässig. Lieferung, Transport, Versicherung und sämtliche Nebenleistungen bis zur Verwendungsstelle sind Bestandteil des Auftrags.
