Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung von Generalplanerleistungen (LP 5 -9) für die Sanierung des Objektes Invalidensiedlung 1 - 53 in 13465, Berlin-Reinickendorf. Der Eigentümer plant, die erforderlichen Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der Denkmalschutzanforderungen durchzuführen. Es sollen Generalplanungsleistungen der LP 5 bis 9 nach HOAI sowie weitere Fachplanerleistungen erbracht werden. Die Maßnahmen fokussieren sich auf den Bestandserhalt, die Sanierung der Gebäudesubstanz und der technischen Anlagen sowie auf die energetischen Sanierungen. Eine genauere Auflistung der Maßnahmen ist der beigefügten Maßnahmenkatalogen zu entnehmen. Diese wurden im Zuge der Entwurfsplanung erarbeitet und stellen eine Grundlage für die weiterführende Planung des Auftragnehmers dar. Im Zuge der Planung ist dieser nach Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber anzupassen und zu konkretisieren.
