Die Konstruktion ist aus Stahlbetonfertigteilen und Stahlbauteilen geplant. Gegenstand von Los 1 sind Tief- und Rohbauarbeiten. Der genaue Umfang ergibt sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
