An den Beruflichen Schulen Landsberg am Lech wird eine Generalsanierung in mehreren Teilmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Im Bauabschnitt 1.2 erfolgt der Ergänzungsneubau eines Werkstattgebäudes mit Nebengebäude für die Fachbereiche KFZ- und Bautechnik (Bauteil I). Die Außenanlagen werden überarbeitet und an die neue Gebäudesituation angepasst. Die Gebäude umfassen sowohl Werkstätten mit zugehörigen Lagerräumen, als auch Lehrräume und Sanitärbereiche. Die Leistung des AN umfasst das Erstellen eines Flachdachtragwerks mit Spannweite von 17,50m bestehend aus Brettschichtholzbindern und einer Brettstapeldecke inkl. eines um 3,50m auskragenden Vordachs. Außerdem enthalten ist die Montage von nicht tragenden Bauteilen, wie Binderausfachungen aus Holztafelelementen, zweischalige Holzmassivinnenwände, Attika aus Brettschichtholzscheibe, Vorgehängte und belüftete Fassade, Akkustikmaßnahmen wie Anbringen von HWL-Platten und Wandabsorbern.
