Die anzubietende Lösung muss die Kernfunktionalitäten Projektmanagement, Kollaboration und Kundenportal bereitstellen sowie eine tiefgreifende Integration dieser Funktionalitäten gewährleisten, um eine medienbruchfreie Zusammenarbeit und einen durchgängigen Informationsfluss sicherzustellen. Zu den Mindestanforderungen zählt unter anderem der Abschluss einer DSGVO-konformen datenschutzrechtlichen Vereinbarung (AVV). Darüber hinaus sind sämtliche erforderlichen Integrations- und Migrationsleistungen in die angebotene Lösung zu planen und durchzuführen.
