In order for the state of Baden-Württemberg to always have direct access to personal protective equipment in the event of a pandemic, PSA is to be stockpiled in cooperation with the university hospitals of the state of Baden-Württemberg ("university hospitals"). Cooperation clinics of the country are: - University Medical Center of Freiburg - Heidelberg University Hospital - University Hospital of Tübingen - Ulm University Hospital The emergency reserve shall contain the following PPE: - FFP2 masks - surgical masks - Protective gloves (Nitrile) - Protective coat - Protective goggles - Face shields Through the cooperation with the university hospitals, a rolling system is created to prevent the decay of the stored PPE as far as possible. For this purpose, the university hospitals will basically cover their needs for PPE from the storage of the physical emergency reserve. The AN's task is to store the PPE delivered by the AG or the university hospitals or a third party commissioned by them and to deliver it to the respective designated address within the Federal Republic of Germany on demand of the AG or the university hospitals or a third party commissioned by them within a period of three calendar days. The contract includes both storage and transport services.
