The binding ceiling of the framework agreement shall be the maximum number of hours of performance set out in the procurement documents. When this maximum quantity is reached, the framework agreement ends, even if the agreed contract duration, including any extensions, has not yet been fully exhausted. The eligibility requirements and the supporting documents to be submitted are set out in the application conditions (Section 7) and the aptitude test facility (Annex Qualifications) of the procurement documents. Licensing level Standard, versioned replicas in ESRI File or Personal Geodatabase format, - ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Data Reviewer Extension 10.5, - ESRI ArcGIS Pro, - WBK-ACCESS database, in particular frontend for data collection, - MS Office 2010. - Declaration that there is sufficient knowledge of the handling and content of the following databases and information systems: - Location database and digital location map of the Southwest German location research procedure - Forestry facility Baden-Württemberg. - Declaration that there is sufficient knowledge and experience regarding the relevant forest and external geo-base and technical data and their concrete application, in particular with regard to the FoGIS geometries used in the context of WBK digitisation. - Declaration that there are sufficient species knowledge of the flora of Baden-Württemberg, e.g. field botany certificate SW 400 BERBERIS or BA-NU field botany certificate silver - declaration that the technical equipment necessary for the performance of the service will be used. - declaration that the work capacity required for the execution of the service is available during the execution period. - List of all employees employed in the performance of the advertised services and their respective professional qualifications. - Appointment of a responsible person for the company's internal property handling and as sole contact person to the client. - References from the last 3 years to demonstrate competence and experience in forest biotope mapping Baden-Württemberg including the FFH basic data collection as well as the location of species-specific conservation measures, in particular for the work areas "organizational and content-related mapping preparation", "field recording / data processing" and "digitization of mapping results with internal quality assurance".
