Nachweis (im "Fragebogen zur Eignungsprüfung") von mindestens einer Referenz, die folgende Leistung bestätigt: die erfolgreiche Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme einer Schmelzzüchtungsanlage zur Züchtung von Oxid- oder Fluorid-Einkristallen mittels Ziehverfahren (z. B. Czochralski-Verfahren (CZ)) bei Temperaturen von über 1000 °C und vergleichbarer Komplexität. Die Referenzen dürfen maximal aus den letzten 3 Jahren (Jahr der Inbetriebnahme) stammen (gerechnet rückwirkend ab dem Datum der Bekanntmachung zu dieser Ausschreibung). Sollte dieser Nachforderung nicht bis zur gewährten Frist nachgekommen sein, wird das Angebot von der Wertung zwingend ausgeschlossen. Referenzen, die einer Nachprüfung nicht standhalten, führen zum Ausschluss des Angebotes vom Vergabeverfahren.
