The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive framework agreements for the provision of secondary prevention services in accordance with § 43 (1) no. 1 SGB V for the AOK PLUS offer "Exercise and Nutrition". … prevention services. Therefore, minimum purchase quantities cannot be guaranteed. Interested companies (applicants) can access the participation documents via the link to the project space of the German Public Procurement Portal (DTVP) referred to in point 5.1.11 of this notice. This requires registration on the allocation platform (DTVP) and activation of access to the project space by the client. Registration and activation for the project space is free of charge. The participation documents must be completed in full and submitted via the module "Communication" in the project room of the awarding platform. If it is not possible to sign the framework agreement with a qualified electronic signature, it must be hand-signed by post in duplicate. In this case, the signed framework agreement must be submitted in advance as a scan together with the other participation documents via the "Communication" module. Timely access to the participation documents via the allocation platform is sufficient to meet the deadline. Applicants can submit the completed and signed participation documents until 05.10.2026. The contracting authority reserves the right to open a further opportunity to participate during the term; this shall be notified in good time by means of a new notice. Candidates are invited to consult the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union on a regular basis. If the deadline for submission falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national public holiday, the deadline for submission ends at the end of the following working day. The start of benefits is usually 3 months after the end of the respective submission period, depending on the date of submission of the participation documents; the exact date of commencement of the service can be found in the participation documents. The framework agreement shall enter into force as soon as the contracting authority has signed the framework agreement after receipt of the complete participation documents signed by the candidate. As a rule, signatures are made no later than 6 weeks after the relevant submission deadline. Framework agreements concluded shall end no later than 31 December 2029, irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract. It should be noted that an early termination of concluded framework agreements is possible, in particular, if it is established that the candidate does not (any longer) meet the human, spatial and material-technical requirements set out in the framework concept (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) during the term of the contract.
