Where there are direct or indirect references in the technical specifications to certain suppliers, products, patents, inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trade marks or designations of origin which would favour or exclude certain suppliers or certain products, the supplier shall be entitled to offer an equivalent solution for each such reference. Where there are references to standards or technical documents in the technical specifications, the Contractor shall be entitled to offer equivalent or higher quality solutions for each such reference. An integral part of the subject-matter of the public contract is in particular: elaboration of a timetable for the implementation of individual deliveries and installations with a detailed implementation procedure including a plan for testing and commissioning of all temporary and permanent deliveries, which will be discussed and agreed between the buyer and the seller within 2 weeks from the delivery of the call for performance; b) Submission of technical documentation of equipment, in particular firmly connected to HVAC distribution systems (gas, water, electricity, etc.) within 7 weeks of delivery of the call for performance, in order to ensure coordination and preparation of connection points, which is carried out by the contractor of the construction works. Documentation will be submitted in written form (in 2 paré) and once in electronic form in PDF format; c) Processing of complete technical and operational documentation containing user manuals for the delivered goods, including recommendations of the maintenance procedure in the Czech language, relevant attestations certifying that the goods are manufactured in accordance with the applicable standards and ČSN, certificates and declarations of conformity for the delivered goods, documents proving functionality, draft operating rules of the catering operation, implementation of the HACAP system, etc. All documentation will be drawn up and submitted in written form (in 3 paré) and once in electronic form in PDF format; d) Providing comprehensive warranty service and repairs, including the supply of spare parts; e) All necessary coordination and helpful cooperation of the Seller with other deliveries, or construction work of the Buyer at the place of performance according to the requirements of authorized persons on the part of the Buyer (representative of TDS, representative of the general contractor of the construction, user, etc.); f) The obligation to provide at its own expense all structures and equipment of the construction, which could be damaged or contaminated during the incorporation of the subject-matter of the public contract, with appropriate and effective security (e.g. protective foil) and to remove this immediately after incorporation at its own expense; 6 g) Maintaining order at the place of performance and, after the incorporation and delivery of the subject of the contract, cleaning the place of performance and restoring it to its original state; h) Departure from the place of delivery of the goods of all packaging and packaging materials in which the goods were packed and ensure their ecological disposal in accordance with the law.
