What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for each of its parts with one supplier pursuant to Section 131 et seq. PSO for the continuous supply of diesel fuel in 2027 for the needs of individual organisational units of the contracting authority, including transport to storage sites. Performance on the basis of the framework agreement shall take place in accordance with the procedure without reopening of competition in accordance with Section 134 of the Act, i.e. by issuing orders by the contracting authority. The contract is divided into 4 lots, tenders will be assessed and evaluated separately for each lot. The estimated volume of diesel consumed for the duration of the framework agreement is 1 942 000 litres, the contracting authority reserves the right not to withdraw the entire quantity of the estimated volume.
