What the buyer is looking for

The subject of the public contract is the continuous delivery of flower gifts for funeral ceremonies (garments, bouquets, funeral ties and related supplies), based on partial requirements of the contracting authority. The delivery also includes the transport of goods to the place of performance specified in the order, especially to the crematorium, ceremonial hall, cemetery, church or other place in the territory of the Statutory City of Brno. The performance does not include work at the place of delivery, in particular arranging or installation work. As part of the contractual relationship, the contracting authority will provide the supplier with the sale (on the basis of a commission) of funeral flower gifts, which are listed in Annex 2 to the draft contract, which is Annex 1 to the tender documentation.
