… this in full respect of the conditions for the use of medical devices laid down in particular by Act No 375/2022 on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended and amended and certain related acts (the Medicines Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Medical Devices Act’ or ‘Medical Devices Act’). Where relevant, servicing and professional services must also be carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular ZZP, in accordance with Act No 152/2021 on metrology, as amended, in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer, by persons expressly authorised by the participant, and in accordance with the regime required in the service contract concluded on the basis of the results of this public contract (‘the contract’).
