What the buyer is looking for
The subject of this public contract is the supply of 6 pcs of linear dispensers within the renewal of infusion technology for ICU I. orthopaedic clinic 1. LF UK and FN Motol (hereinafter referred to as the ‘apparatus’), in accordance with the binding specifications. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) the installation and putting into service of the apparatus, including the verification of its functionality, the performance of all prescribed tests and tests; (ii.) the instruction/training of medical personnel will be carried out by a person authorised to do so pursuant to Section 41 of Act No 375/2022 on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (‘Act No 375/2022’); (iii.) warranty service of the device, which will be carried out by a person authorised to do so, on the basis of the manufacturer’s certificate of training as a service technician pursuant to Sections 44-46 of Act No 375/2022.
