The selected contractor must comply with the rules of secure development in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and fulfil the subject of the public contract in accordance with Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on Cybersecurity and the Network and Information Security 2 Directive (NIS2). The detailed definition of the subject-matter of this public contract is set out in the annexes to the tender specifications, in particular in Annex 3 to the ZD – Terms and Conditions – Draft Framework Agreement and its annexes.
